Why did I create this?

Everyone has their own preferred path to nutritional health. After finding the Alkaline diet, I was convinced it was right for me—but making the day-to-day changes in my food choices was extremely difficult and left me feeling in the dark. This tool was a way to make the right food choices a no-brainer. Once ingredients and recipes are properly entered, meal planning and grocery shopping become simple and easy.

Disclaimer: I am not a nutritionist, doctor, or health guru; rather, I wanted to apply my expertise in designing systems to make daily food choices easier and more straightforward. Because when you define what health looks like to you, and can actually see how your choices align with that definition, progress becomes clear and attainable.

Do I need to pay for Notion to use this?

No, this dashboard works on the free version of Notion.

What is your refund policy?

I'm confident that this system can help anyone get a better handle on their food choices to reach their goals. If you don't feel that the Nutrition Operating System has provided you any value, write to me within 30 days of purchase and I'll issue a full refund. 

What am I allowed to do with this dashboard?

When you purchase, you'll receive a link to the Notion dashboard to duplicate it to your workspace. After that, you can edit the content, copy elements to other workspaces, do whatever you want with it for personal use. Selling or distributing the dashboard to others is not permitted.

What if there's a feature I want to see added/changed?
